Program Manager

Our client, located in Longmont, CO is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. Job Title: Program Manager Location: Longmont, CO Pay Rate Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Shift: 1st shift What’s the Job? Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships Accept and process customer orders Review requirements and load information into the MRP system Communicate material schedules and identify potential material shortages or problem parts Provide readiness updates to internal teams Maintain customer status updates through the RAIL spreadsheet Manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, including: Receiving customer documentation Completing internal ECO documentation Ensuring ECO processes are completed before product shipment What’s Needed? 5 to 10+ years of relevant professional experience College degree preferred/required Customer-facing experience Basic knowledge of the quoting process Experience working in ERP systems and dashboards ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
