You'll take on projects, help shape your staff members' skills, and learn a great deal about restaurant operations. At Wendy's, people always come first. What we expect from you:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Willingness to work on your feet
- Neat, clean, professional appearance
- Up-beat and engaging personality
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent math skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
