Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in accordance with the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to prioritize interventions and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, interventions, and responses; communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state of practice)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a travel assignment
- Experience in an acute care or telemetry setting preferred
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapt to a travel assignment
