This position serves as the operational leader of the restaurant and is responsible for maintaining service standards, developing managers and team members, driving financial performance, and ensuring consistent execution throughout the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations
• Manage P&L performance and financial results
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory controls

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
• Strong P&L management experience
• Experience leading upscale casual, independent, or high-volume restaurant operations
• Inventory, purchasing, and vendor management experience
• Scheduling and payroll experience
• Proven team development and training skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Food safety knowledge
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• English language proficiency required
