Overview We’re Hiring: Driver Recruitment Manager – Kansas City, MO Ready to shape the future of transportation? Join us as a Driver Recruitment Manager and take the lead in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top‑tier drivers who keep Kansas City moving. Set clear hiring goals and work to exceed them. Drive Outreach & Engagement Use creative outreach methods to find top talent. Ensure every applicant enjoys a smooth, professional experience. Guide Hiring & Onboarding Host info sessions, support IC onboarding, and walk candidates through each step up to vehicle assignment. Manage Processes & Reporting Maintain accurate applicant records and provide recruitment performance updates to leadership. Strengthen Retention & Teamwork Collaborate with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support long-term driver success and a positive work culture. What You Bring ⭐ Experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or related fields (preferred)
