About Us
We are a growing, tech-forward CPA firm serving businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals nationwide. We focus on high-quality tax work, proactive planning, and long-term client relationships, not volume or churn.
We are looking for a Tax Senior who wants to do solid technical work, take ownership of returns, and play a key role in building a scalable firm.
This is not a churn-and-burn role. You will work closely with a Tax Manager and Partner, have clear expectations, and be trusted with meaningful responsibility.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including:
- Individual returns with K-1s, real estate, and investments
- S corporations and partnerships
- Multi-state returns
- Serve as a technical buffer between staff and the Tax Manager
- Translate review notes into clean, final workpapers
- Research tax issues and summarize conclusions clearly
- Communicate directly with clients on routine tax matters
- Help improve workflows, templates, and documentation
- Mentor junior and staff-level accountants as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong experience with 1040s, 1120s, 1120S, and 1065s
- Comfortable owning returns from start to finish
- Able to spot issues and propose solutions, not just ask questions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded
- CPA license preferred, or actively pursuing
