Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification
- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher (preferred)
- Skill working with diverse and exceptional learners in a self-contained setting
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and related service providers
- Passion for creating inclusive, adaptable learning plans based on individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Lead instruction for students with varying learning needs within a self-contained classroom
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other specialists to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and student planning sessions
- Track and document student progress using data-driven methods
- Foster a safe, respectful classroom culture that encourages growth and learning
