Closing Coordinator

To support the loan closing process, the part-time Closing Coordinator will manage closing documents, communicate with clients and team members, and ensure compliance with state requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review Work In Progress report to ensure completion and maintain open communication with team members Secure lender approval of loan closing documents and confirm closing dates, locations, and funds due with borrowers Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff in a professional and timely manner Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Practical work experience within the real estate industry or vendor management service company Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closing Proven customer service skills Proficiency with personal computers Virtual Vocations Inc
