Salesforce Solution Architect

We're hiring a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in a complex, multi-org environment. This role is focused on simplifying over-customized implementations, driving scalable architecture, and leading enterprise integrations (strong emphasis on MuleSoft Anypoint ). This is a contract-to-hire position and candidates must be open to converting to full-time employment.
Location / Work Setup- Full-time onsite in one of these locations: Coral Springs, FL / Alpharetta, GA / Hagerstown, MD / Milwaukee, WI
- Time zone alignment: EST or CST
- Architect end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform
- Simplify complex Salesforce environments (multi-org, large data volumes, complex sharing)
- Lead integration patterns across the enterprise ( MuleSoft required )
- Enforce standards for security, IAM/SSO, and Salesforce development best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable designs, roadmaps, and delivery guidance
- Provide technical oversight/mentorship to delivery teams
- 8+ years in enterprise solution architecture; 5+ years in Salesforce architecture
- Hands-on Salesforce skills: Apex, LWC, Flows , declarative configuration, security/sharing
- Enterprise integration design/implementation experience ( MuleSoft Anypoint required )
- Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills; able to translate technical designs into business value
