What You Will Do

• You will visit entrepreneurs on location (appointments will be scheduled for you by our SDR team), give demos of Flatpay and close contracts (approximately 75% of your deals).
• You will build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and cold canvassing (approximately 25% of your deals).
• You will advise and present solutions that solve real pain points of entrepreneurs - and make paying simple again.
• You will deliver and install payment terminals to new customers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• You will keep your CRM always neat and up-to-date.
• You will be an ambassador of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships based on trust.
• You will share valuable feedback with our SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to keep improving our go-to-market strategy.

Skills & Traits

• Proven experience in finding opportunities and closing deals in the field.
• Strong face-to-face communication skills, negotiation techniques, and objection handling.
• Self-starter with perseverance, driven by results.
• Organized and disciplined, with a good overview of your region and pipeline.
• Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with SDR and Operations teams.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and car.

Background

• Experience in B2B field sales, with the structural achievement (or exceeding) of targets.
• Experience selling to SMEs (experience in payments is a plus, not a must).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
