About the Role

This role involves managing and mentoring teams, overseeing various financial processes such as audits, tax filings, NAV reporting, and fee calculations, and handling client onboarding, cash management, budgeting, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a CPA certification preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in the field, including hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include serving as the primary client lead, fostering collaboration within the team, and driving operational improvements. The role also requires a commitment to sustainability and diversity, with active participation in related initiatives. The candidate should have strong management and organizational skills, be proficient in fund accounting and financial reporting, and have experience with tools commonly used in the industry. Exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and a proven track record in mentoring teams are essential for this position.
