Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a collaborative school environment near Fishers, IN. You’ll primarily serve one elementary building but will also provide support at a nearby site as needed, managing a manageable caseload of 51 students.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience with elementary school populations a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse elementary student population
• Consult with teachers and parents to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Accurately document progress and maintain required records
