Job Description:

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls, performing patient assessments and delivering care based on medical protocols.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation, including patient care and billing reports, while maintaining confidentiality standards.
• Operates and maintains ambulance and medical equipment safely, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicates effectively with dispatch, medical teams, and emergency personnel to coordinate patient care and transport.
• Provides high-quality customer service while supporting team members, ongoing training, and community engagement initiatives.

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Additional Information:

• Licensed in the state of practice [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) [Required] OR
• EMT-Advanced (EMT-A) [Required]
• Basic Life Support (BLS) [Required]
• Driver's License (DL) [Required]

Pay Range:

$16.36 - $26.17
