Key Qualifications:

• EC Extended Content licensure required
• Experience or passion for working with K-3 aged students
• Strong skills in individualized instruction and IEP management
• Ability to monitor and communicate student progress
• Dedication to fostering inclusive, positive classroom environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration with school teams and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide daily tailored instruction to students, adapting materials and strategies to individual learning needs
• Manage and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring compliance and meaningful outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress toward goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain regular communication with families to ensure continuity of learning
• Create a nurturing, engaging, and supportive classroom culture for all students
