Job Overview
This role at Leader Bank involves processing residential loan transactions, ensuring they are ready for underwriting. The will be responsible for managing all necessary steps in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

What You'll Do
- Process 1st and 2nd mortgage applications for underwriting.
- Handle FHA, conforming, and non-conforming loan types.
- Deliver RESPA/TIL documents accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with vendors for appraisals, titles, and other services.
- Follow up with Loan Officers and Borrowers for documentation.
- Maintain and update Borrower profiles and applications.
- Validate and update DU and LP findings.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage loan processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating a personal computer with strong MS Office knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proven track record of completing tasks within deadlines.
- Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
