Join Our Team as a Community Supported Living Caregiver!Make a positive impact in your community while helping individuals live independently!Do you want to make a positive change in your community? The Community Supported Living Caregiver offers support to individuals with disabilities, who are aging or have mental illness as they strive for independence. They provide individualized support, problem solving, companionship, and guidance to individuals in their homes. Our Community Supported Living program is designed to help clients maximize their independence and reside in their homes within the community. We offer support with chores, housekeeping, wellness, transportation, community engagement and more!Position DetailsPart-Time: 10–20 hours per weekTeam: Community Supported Living (CSL)Support includes chores, housekeeping, wellness, transportation, and community engagementWhat You'll DoOffer individualized support, problem-solving, and companionshipAssist with daily living skills (cleaning, hygiene, community engagement)Provide medication monitoring (non-prescriber)Encourage independence and meaningful community participationFoster health and safety through guidance and supportComplete documentation and attend team meetingsParticipate in ongoing training and developmentPerks & BenefitsMileage reimbursement403B contribution optionEmployee Assistance ProgramService Awards & RecognitionRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license & reliable transportationAbility to meet auto insurance requirementsFirst Aid & CPR (preferred; may be required after hire)TravelDaily travel may be required.Ready to make a difference?
