Quality Control Inspector – Production Line (Temp-to-Hire) East Mesa, AZ (Near Ellsworth & Ray) 5:30 AM Start Time, Mon-Friday We are partnering with a manufacturer in East Mesa to hire a Quality Control Inspector to join their production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right person. If you have experience inspecting products on a production line (not in a lab) and take pride in catching issues before they become problems—this is a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing Perform in-process quality inspections on skincare products Check fill levels, labels, seals, and overall appearance Monitor the production line for defects or inconsistencies Stop or flag issues immediately to prevent wasted product Work closely with production staff to maintain quality standards Complete basic documentation and inspection logs What We’re Looking For Experience in quality control on a production or manufacturing line Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, or regulated environments is a plus Background in cosmetics, food, pharma, or packaging is highly preferred This is NOT a lab or QC analyst role – we are specifically seeking candidates with hands‑on, production floor QC experience Schedule & Details Start Time: 5:30 AM Location: East Mesa (near Ellsworth & Ray) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Stable hours + opportunity for long-term placement Why Work With Us?
