Knowledge Management Lead — AI-Ready Taxonomies & Governance

Paychex

Paychex is expanding its Knowledge Management ecosystem to support AI readiness and enterprise search. The role oversees content governance, taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata frameworks while aligning with business needs and stakeholder priorities. You will lead complex KM initiatives, drive catalog optimization, and improve content quality and reporting across the organization.
