Grow your career with ProChem!ProChem Water, LLC, part of the Sylmar Group, is seeking an experienced Industrial Water Treatment Account Manager to support and grow our business throughout southeastern Louisiana.This is an opportunity for an experienced water treatment professional to take ownership of a regional territory, support established industrial customers, and develop new business backed by ProChem's chemical treatment, equipment, engineering, wastewater, water reuse, and contract operations capabilities.If you have built your career in industrial water treatment and enjoy combining technical problem-solving, customer relationships, and business development, we want to talk with you.What You'll DoManage and grow existing industrial water and wastewater treatment accountsServe as a trusted technical resource for customer operations, maintenance, engineering, and environmental teamsSupport chemical treatment programs for boilers, cooling systems, wastewater, pretreatment, RO/membrane systems, and other industrial water processesReview water chemistry, operating data, chemical usage, and treatment performance to identify problems and opportunititesTroubleshoot treatment issues and develop practical solutions with support from ProChem's technical and engineering teamsIdentify opportunities for additional chemistry, equipment, services, water reuse, and operational supportProspect, develop, and close new industrial business throughout southeastern LouisianaConduct plant surveys, develop treatment recommendations, prepare proposals, and communicate the technical and financial value of ProChem's solutionsMaintain account plans, opportunities, customer activity, and sales forecastsBuild long-term customer relationships focused on performance, reliability, and measurable valueWhat We're Looking For5+ years of industrial water and/or wastewater treatment experienceStrong working knowledge of industrial water treatment chemistry and applicationsExperience supporting boiler, cooling water, wastewater, pretreatment, and/or membrane treatment programsProven ability to manage customer relationships and independently support an industrial territoryTechnical sales, account management, or business development experienceAbility to troubleshoot water treatment problems and communicate practical solutions to plant personnelStrong communication, organization, and customer-service skillsBachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute for a degreeValid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territoryTerritoryThis is a remote, field-based position in the southeastern part of Louisiana.
