Lead Quality Inspector (Day Shift)

What to Expect The Lead Quality Inspector manages and leads a team of Quality Inspectors as they perform quality checks on the rework production floor in a high-speed environment. The Lead Quality Inspector will assist their team in determining the disposition of current Production parts to ensure Tesla standards are being met. Lead Quality Inspectors must be prepared to escalte concerns to the appropriate party and always promote a culture of Quality. The purpose of the Lead Quality Inspector is to develop their team into highly skilled and knowledgeable Quality Inspectors in order to minimize the amount of defective parts that are sent to Production. The Lead Quality Inspector is a key bridge between different departments when defects arise helping to quickly prevent additional flow out of non-conforming material.
