Location: Hutchins, TX 75141
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour (Resume Required)
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Note: 1–3 hours of overtime weekly.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Hutchins, TX. This position is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, coordinating labor, overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Schedule labor based on daily workload, staffing needs, and operational priorities.
• Coordinate and oversee the unloading of railcars and trailers in a safe and timely manner.
• Supervise the loading of outbound trailers to ensure shipments are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Direct employees in stacking pallets, staging loads, and preparing outbound shipments for the following day's operations.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing assignments to maximize productivity and meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are performed in accordance with company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other supervisory and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment required.
• Experience scheduling labor and coordinating daily warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including loading and unloading trailers, unloading railcars, pallet staging, and material handling.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
