Brand Ambassador

Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We are seeking a Brand Ambassador, you're where Lola meets its customers — in person, hands-on, bringing the brand's story and product to life. You'll introduce people to Lola for the first time, answer questions with real product knowledge, and create moments that feel as premium as the product itself. This is a founding role on our NYC team, and the energy you bring will help define how people experience Lola in the real world. What You’ll Do Bring the Brand to Life Welcome and engage everyone you meet, making every interaction feel personal and premium Get product into people's hands — Lola is meant to be felt — and give honest, knowledgeable guidance on fabrics, collections, and styling Build lasting relationships with customers, sharing details on new arrivals, restocks, and upcoming brand moments Stay sharp on what's new and what's resonating, and share it with your team Be the Business Support your team in hitting engagement and sales goals Keep learning — fashion, home, and the broader landscape — so you're always the expert in the room Contribute ideas to brand activations and projects, always with the customer experience front and center Flag product and inventory needs up the chain On-the-Ground Operations Help maintain the space you're working in — presentation, upkeep, and Lola's editorial standard Follow protocol and safety standards for opening and closing shifts Show up reliably for your scheduled shifts Who You Are You are passionate about our brand, values, and mission and want to be a part of our team Available for part-time hourly shifts, including some evenings and weekends Reliable and punctual A natural at building relationships with people A customer experience expert — you genuinely enjoy the social side of this work and can turn a concern into a win Comfortable juggling multiple things in a fast-paced environment A quick learner who picks up new processes easily Organized, with strong follow-through High ownership, accountability, and initiative Hungry to grow and open to feedback What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Employee discount on Lola Blankets Real opportunities for growth as we expand in NYC #J-18808-Ljbffr Lola Blankets
