What You'll Do
As a dietary aide, you'll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by:
- Assisting with meal preparation and food service
- Serving meals in a friendly and professional manner
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas
- Stocking supplies and maintaining an organized workspace
- Following food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Complying with all facility policies and state and federal regulations
- Working collaboratively with the dietary team to provide excellent resident care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passion for serving others and providing excellent customer service
