Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

License: Valid NH state license required
Certifications: BLS certification required

Must-Have:
- Ability to perform admissions and complete Oasis assessments
- Minimum two years of nursing experience required
- Travelers will not be accepted if they have previous employment history at any related facility

Description:
This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in home health nursing.
Travellers must have prior experience in the role and be able to perform patient admissions.
The nurse will be responsible for completing Oasis assessments accurately.
Daily responsibilities include visiting an average of 6 patients per day during the shift.
Weekend rotation may be required as needed.
All travelers must have a valid state nursing license.
Strong clinical assessment and management skills are necessary for success in this role.
Knowledge of medication administration and infection control precautions is essential.
The nurse will provide wound care, manage urinary catheters, and assess vital signs as part of patient care.
Effective communication and documentation skills are mandatory.
