By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a QAT Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).Responsibilities:Understand current application ecosystem along with all inbound and outbound processessWork closely with all different transformation stream to understand busienss requirementsIdentify CRM functional and integration testing scope and develop test strategy/plan.Create functional scenarios and map them with the Salesforce CRM business requirements to ensure traceabilityCoordiante with all different transformation work streams and create test scenarios and identify test dataExecution of test plans and recording of resultsDefect ReportingCollaboration with architecture, development and maintenance teams.Ensuring testing best practices are implemented.Leveraging QA Automation where possibleDuties:Applies strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and techniques to test and ensure the quality of the software.Salesforce CRM Functional and Integration Test Scenarios/Test Case CreationEnd to End System Integration Test Scenarios/Test Case ExecutionIdentify and create test data for test execution phaseCoordinate and provide support during UAT phaseWork in onshore and offshore mode and own the testing deliveryWorks with application development team and customer to ensure that all customer requirements / problems are met and resolved.Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to scrum masters and project managers.Performing all job functions consistent with NTT DATA client policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
