Product Marketing Lead

The Role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own product marketing from start to finish, shaping how a software product is positioned and taken to market for several audience segments. Build the sales enablement materials that support go-to-market teams and run product launches across suitable channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop the core messaging and narrative that shows each target audience what the product makes possible.
- Create sales enablement collateral such as talk tracks, competitive battle cards and product documentation.
- Lead product launches, including planning the channel mix and supporting materials.
- Partner with go-to-market teams so new business and expansion efforts are well supported.
- Connect positioning, demand generation, brand and enablement into one coherent marketing approach.
- Adapt copy and messaging for different audiences while keeping it clear and precise.
What We're Looking For
- A background in business-to-business marketing within a rapidly scaling or early-stage company, for example as a first marketing hire.
- Hands-on, end-to-end product marketing experience, including positioning, narrative development, collateral, go-to-market and launches.
- Experience running creative brand campaigns and storytelling.
- Clear, plain writing that is hard to misread.
- The ability to look back on past work and explain the reasoning behind decisions in everyday language.
- A high quality bar and real curiosity about what motivates and drives your audience.
- An analytical mindset with a bias for action.
- Willingness and ability to work in the office part of the week in New York.
