Address and prevent unruly behavior, creating a peaceful atmosphere onboard.Communication: Maintain open communication with passengers and employers, promptly addressing any delays, route changes, or issues that may arise during transit.Basic Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on the bus, including tires, lights, and oil, contributing to the overall safety and reliability of our transportation service.Issue Reporting: Report any bus-related issues promptly to the Director of Transportation, providing detailed information for efficient problem resolution.Timeliness and Responsibility: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility by consistently adhering to schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, and exhibiting honesty and integrity in all aspects of the job.Incentive: Qualified candidates have the unique opportunity for assistance in CDL Training, where the district will cover the cost of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), specifically Class B with passenger and school bus endorsement.Requirements: To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a passion for transportation and meet the following:Willingness to obtain a CDL (Class B) with passenger and school bus endorsement through CDL Training.Successful completion of a background check.
