Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Clerk to support daily manufacturing operations in Fort Pierce, FL. This position is responsible for maintaining production records, tracking inventory, entering data, and generating reports to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience using Microsoft Excel in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain production data in company systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Generate and update daily production reports.
• Track inventory levels, material usage, and production output.
• Assist with production scheduling and work order management.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and management teams regarding production updates.
• Maintain organized records and filing systems.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Perform additional administrative and production support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, clerical, or administrative role preferred.
• Microsoft Excel experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable with data entry, sorting, filtering, spreadsheets, and basic formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Palm City, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
