We're seeking a versatile and enthusiastic support technician to set up and deploy hardware and software, as well as deliver top-notch end-user support. This role will work closely with our systems and data teams.What you'll be doing:Provide internal helpdesk support for Million Dollar Baby associates, contractors, and visitorsRespond to, record, track, and resolve tickets using our helpdesk software—attention to detail is essentialMonitor, triage, and assign Tier 1 helpdesk requestsMaintain and update the internal IT knowledgebaseCreate documentation for new issues or deploymentsProvision laptop and desktop computers (Windows 11 and MacOS) for onboarding and replacementsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or basic network issues for end-users in the office and warehouseSupport and troubleshoot the A/V setup for video conferencing, including Zoom and Zoom Rooms, Slack, and conference room technologySetup and tear down audio/visual equipment for company-wide eventsAssist with IT projects and other tasks as neededResearch and present emerging technologies to the teamWhat you bring to the table:Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably 1-2 years.
