Position Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Talent Coordinator to help create a professional welcoming and consistent employee experience. This role will own new-hire orientation and support Talent/HR initiatives across onboarding learning and development employee engagement recognition and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding
- Coordinate learning and development programs including scheduling resources participation and follow-up
- Support employee engagement recognition and culture initiatives
- Coordinate internal Talent communications including the employee newsletter
- Handle day-to-day employee requests and provide responsive support
- Maintain Talent systems documentation resources and reporting
- Coordinate Talent projects from planning through completion
Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in HR Talent L&D or a related people-focused role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to groups and working with employees and managers at all levels
- Professional personable and service-oriented
- Strong attention to detail judgment and discretion
- Experience with Asana and learning management systems preferred
- Interest in using technology to improve processes and efficiency
