Procurement Manager

To support purchasing across various teams, the full-time remote Procurement Manager will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the vendor lifecycle while ensuring the company acquires the right tools and services at optimal prices. Key responsibilities: Manage vendor relationships and negotiations across multiple categories including software, marketing, and professional services Oversee the full vendor lifecycle, including contract management, renewals, and compliance with security and data privacy standards Develop and implement procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost savings across the organization Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in a high-growth technology or software company Proven track record of independently managing vendor negotiations and contract management Experience in evaluating vendors and negotiating favorable pricing and terms Ability to influence stakeholders and maintain disciplined purchasing practices across functions Familiarity with vendor security and data privacy assessments, including SOC 2 and DPA reviews
