What You’ll Do: Handle family law cases that matter — divorce, custody, child and spousal support Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery, and other key legal documents Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations Dig into legal research and build sharp case strategy Stay in close communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts Collaborate with the managing attorney and support staff (yes, we actually collaborate) Help grow the firm through client intake and business development Keep up with evolving laws so you're always one step ahead Who We’re Looking For: JD from an accredited law school + active Texas bar license Solid grasp of the Texas Family Code, Rules of Evidence & Civil Procedure Prior associate or clerkship experience (preferred, not required) Strong research, writing, and analytical chops Comfort with Westlaw, Clio, and Microsoft Office Great communicator — with clients, colleagues, and courts alike A team player who can also run independently when needed The Good Stuff (Benefits): Competitive base salary + performance bonuses for exceeding targets Health, dental, vision, and life insurance — fully covered 401(k) with match (Traditional & Roth options) Westlaw access — premium legal research at your fingertips CLE course and seminar coverage to keep your license sharp Support for certifications and specialty legal training Ready to be part of something meaningful?
