Benefits PTO 401k Health Insurance Responsibilities Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, considering their financial statuses and life priorities, and present tailored insurance plan options. Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing effective sales strategies that foster long-term customer loyalty. Stay updated on insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure compliance, and monitor claims to ensure mutual satisfaction. Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies suited to their profiles. Maintain bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records to report progress toward monthly goals to stakeholders. Qualifications Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with accounting or sales lead software is a plus. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven understanding of the insurance industry, including products, risk management, and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
