Robotics Clinical Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Specialist in Little Rock to support technology-focused product launches for the ROSA™ robotic system. The role involves training surgical teams, developing account launch strategies, and ensuring customer adoption of advanced orthopedic technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable local technology support and adoption
- Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA™ system and related technologies for surgeons, staff, and administrators
- Partner with Technology Solutions Managers and Field Service technicians on account onboarding and system installation
- Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and technology upgrades
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response to inquiries and professional communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred
- Associate's degree with equivalent experience considered
- 2-3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales/case coverage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving results
Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 base salary plus $50,000 incentive
