QA Tester Contractor: 3-5 years (Intermediate)

Hayward Testing Role
As a QA Tester Contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing and analysis. Execute test cases and document results to ensure software meets specified requirements. Identify, report, and track defects and issues in the software. Collaborate with developers to understand features and functionalities to be tested. Perform regression testing to verify that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities. Participate in test planning, test case design, and test case review activities. Functional testing, validation testing, scripted and limited-scripted test execution, SIT/UAT/PQ support, requirement analysis, defect tracking, evidence capture, test log review, SOP compliance, release testing support, stakeholder coordination, documentation quality, regulated environment experience preferred. Workday, SAP, Life Science, Functional Testing, UAT Facilitation This role is considered for contract to hire. Location is Bay Area, California Extensions highly likely.
