• License/Certifications: State medical license, Board Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in hospice or palliative care preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert hospice and palliative care to patients in a supportive setting
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Assist with patient assessments, symptom management, and end-of-life care planning
• Document clinical encounters accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Support family education and emotional support efforts
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

What You Need:

• Current medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Board certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
