JOB SUMMARY

As the Clinic Practice Manager, you will play a critical role in the organization's leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinics and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. Your focus will be on driving excellence, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing patient care outcomes while aligning with the hospital's strategic goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Provide strategic direction and leadership for all operational areas of the hospital, including clinical services, support services, and ancillary departments.

·         Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient workflow, optimal resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

·         Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational benchmarks to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.

·         Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and process optimization projects.

·         Monitor financial performance indicators, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure fiscal stability and sustainability.

·         Prepare for and participate in regulatory agency inspections, surveys, and audits, addressing any identified deficiencies and implementing corrective actions.

·         Stay abreast of healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements, ensuring the hospital's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

·         Foster effective working relationships and collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, department leaders, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and operational efficiency.

·         Engage with the hospital's executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on operational performance, strategic initiatives, and opportunities for growth.

REQUIREMENTS

·         5+yrs Experience in healthcare administration or hospital operations, with progressive leadership responsibilities.

·         Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

·         Workers Comp and Department of Labor experience.

·         A solid 3+ years of management experience in healthcare business operations.

·         3+yrs Experience in Utilization Management, Case Management or Quality Management.

·         PC proficiency includes various software programs i.e., EMR, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc

·         3+yrs Management experience including budget, strategy development and execution of initiatives.

·         2+yrs Project management experience in the planning, implementation, and controlling of Medical projects.

·         Current knowledge of various accreditation standards.

EDUCATION

·         Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

KNOWLEDGE SKILS AND ABILITIES

·         Strong organizational skills and ability to function cooperatively to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

·         Ability and experience in influencing, leading and directing teams in multiple functional areas.

·         Project management experience in the planning, implementation, and controlling of Medical projects.
