Key Account Sales Manager

Since introducing Swedish candy to the U.S. in 2010, we’ve become renowned for our pick-n-mix assortment featuring sweet, sour, and salty favorites imported from leading confectionery producers in Scandinavia and Europe. Focused on better ingredients, our candies are free from high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, and artificial colors. With a flagship store in Los Angeles and nationwide shipping, Sockerbit continues to be the destination of choice for candy enthusiasts, gift-givers, and tastemakers alike.
We are seeking a Key Account Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, driving sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategic initiatives to meet revenue targets. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams, provide exceptional customer service, and act as a brand ambassador while cultivating long-term partnerships with clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and a results-driven mindset
- Strong customer service and communication skills with an ability to foster client trust and satisfaction
- Demonstrated expertise in Key Accounts and Account Management to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the food, retail, or confectionery industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for our product and the Scandinavian candy industry
