Financial Advisor Assistant

ProspectBlue seeks an experienced Client Relations/Administrative Assistant for their wealth management firm client in Richmond, VA!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point-of-contact with visiting clients, answering client calls, and being responsible for first impressions.
• Support financial advisors with scheduling, document preparation, and client follow-ups
• Maintain and organize client records in compliance with industry regulations. Work in various databases, including Redtail, Orion, Schwab, etc.
• Assist with account openings, transfers, money movements, and general administrative tasks (cutting checks, journaling assets, ACH's, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members. Participate in new client meetings and guide clients through paperwork.
• Managing and ordering office supplies and appearance to enhance the client's experience. Maintain vendor relationships. xhyhwjd

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a financial services or advisory environment preferred (ideally 2+ years)
• Strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
