Designer – Single Family Residential
Are you passionate about residential architecture and interested in designing high-end, custom homes of exceptional quality and craftsmanship?
This is a brand-new opportunity to join an award-winning architectural firm specializing in boutique residential design and work on distinctive projects that shape how people live.
As a Residential Designer, you will collaborate with an experienced team to design custom single-family residences ranging from luxury homes and lake cabins to renovations and specialty residential projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to further develop your technical and design expertise in a collaborative and mentored environment.
Assist in the design and development of custom single-family residential projects from concept through construction documentation:
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentation materials utilizing Revit
- Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients throughout all phases of a project
- Participate in project coordination and construction document preparation
- Support project teams during construction administration activities
- Contribute creative ideas and design solutions for high-end residential projects
- Learn and grow within a collaborative, team-oriented studio environment

Requirements:
- Professional or technical degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- 4+ years of architectural experience with homes
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience producing construction documents for custom residential projects
