Production AssemblerProduction Assembler: 5:00 am-3:30 pm Monday thru Fridays and off on weekends in West Monroe LAPosition SummaryThe Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. Responsible for executing assembly tasks according to the work instructions, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.Core FunctionsFollow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.Operate required equipment per safety guidelinesComplete all required paperwork and/or data entry.May work at different workstations as production needs require.Attendance and dependability are essential job functions.
