Human Resources Information System Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS & People Analytics Specialist to support Human Resources operations, workforce reporting, data governance, and HR technology initiatives. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion HCM, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate workforce data, efficient system functionality, and meaningful business insights. This role combines HRIS administration, reporting and analytics, compliance support, and systems optimization in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities HRIS Administration & Support Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for Oracle Fusion HCM. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user inquiries, and provide day-to-day support for HR system processes. Configure and maintain system functionality, workflows, security roles, and employee data structures as needed. Support system upgrades, testing, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of HR technology platforms. Reporting, Analytics & Data Management Develop, maintain, and deliver workforce reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytical insights for HR leadership and business partners. Serve as a key resource for ad hoc reporting requests and workforce data analysis. Monitor and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee data across multiple HR-related systems. Perform data audits, reconciliations, and validation activities to ensure compliance with internal standards and reporting requirements. Support the preparation and coordination of annual workforce-related disclosures and reporting initiatives. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Support workforce-related compliance reporting and government reporting obligations. Act as the primary contact for employee data audits, reviews, and related inquiries. Develop and maintain data governance practices that support accurate and reliable workforce information. HR Operations & Project Support Maintain employee training and development records within enterprise systems. Provide support for payroll and benefits administration processes as needed. Assist with data feeds, interfaces, and integrations between Oracle Fusion and other business systems. Participate in cross-functional projects focused on HR process improvement, system optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, workforce analytics, or HR operations. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM . Experience creating reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. Strong understanding of HR data management, reporting, and data integrity best practices. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Experience supporting HR systems within a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environment. Knowledge of payroll, benefits, learning management, and workforce administration processes. Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, integrations, or process improvement projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
