Steward SupervisorOur luxury country club in Boca Raton is seeking a Steward Supervisor to oversee the activities of all stewards, utility and contract service workers. They will monitor and implement proper cleaning and sanitation practices in all the kitchens. They also control the storage and inventory of all china, glass and silver and is involved with the creative enhancement of all food and beverage displays.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
