Kitchen Equipment CleanerClean and wash all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, china, silverware, and glasses using the dishwasher as appropriate.Properly store all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, china, silverware, and glasses.Deliver and properly store all stock from receiving department.Deliver product and stock to food outlets.Take out kitchen trash, including, but not limited to, grease and food particles from garbage disposals.Clean floors in the kitchen area and cookers.Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed.Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.Ability to push and pull up to 100 poundsAbility to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitivelySafely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipmentAscend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended periodMust be able to work from a standing or sitting position and/or walking motion for extended periodAbility to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environmentMust be 21 years of age or olderFlexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary.
