WAYBACK BURGERS CORPORATE CHESHIRE, CT (HYBRID)

Wayback Burgers is seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and

execute the visual direction of the brand across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for leading the

development and execution of creative across marketing campaigns, in-restaurant experiences, and

digital platforms that drive brand consistency, customer engagement, and restaurant traffic across our

national franchise system.

The ideal candidate is both a hands-on designer and a strategic thinker who can elevate creative output

while ensuring it delivers against brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and execution of nationally focused marketing campaigns, promotions,

and product launches

• Design and develop visual assets across key touchpoints including in-restaurant, digital, and

social channels

• Partner with marketing to concept creative that supports campaign goals and drives business

results

• Ensure brand consistency and maintain a high standard of quality across all creative output

• Prepare and manage production-ready artwork for print, digital, and large-format applications

• Improve and scale creative workflows, templates, and asset management across the franchise

system

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute projects efficiently

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

You Are:

• Creative and energized by taking projects from concept through execution

• Strong production design skills with a keen eye for detail

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in managing deadlines

• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)

• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, branding, or campaign design work

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Strong typography, layout, and production design skills

• Experience preparing files for print production and large-format signage

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Photography, videography, or motion design experience a plus
