Head of GTM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of GTM based in United States .

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) to lead revenue growth, demand generation, and commercial operations for a growing service-based business. In this senior leadership role, you will work directly with executive leadership to shape market positioning, build a predictable B2B pipeline, and establish scalable growth systems. You will develop owned media initiatives, including newsletters, podcasts, thought leadership, and strategic content, to strengthen brand authority and attract qualified prospects. A key focus will be combining revenue operations, data-driven decision-making, and practical AI automation to improve commercial performance. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of the GTM strategy, build processes from the ground up, and influence the company's long-term growth trajectory. The role is fully remote within Latin America, with collaboration during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and occasional travel to the United States. \n

Accountabilities

GTM Strategy and Revenue Growth Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to service-based B2B businesses, including agencies, consulting firms, and professional services organizations.

Define target market segments, positioning, value propositions, and customer acquisition opportunities.

Build a full-funnel growth model that connects marketing activities with qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Partner with revenue leadership to establish growth targets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Monitor pipeline generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Evaluate pricing, service packaging, and commercial positioning to strengthen competitiveness and profitability.

Demand Generation, Brand, and Owned Media Build and lead demand generation programs focused on generating qualified B2B opportunities.

Develop owned media channels, including newsletters, podcasts, thought leadership, and strategic content initiatives.

Strengthen market positioning and establish the business as a recognized industry authority.

Transform customer results, market insights, and industry expertise into compelling commercial narratives.

Identify strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and industry events that support brand visibility and pipeline growth.

Revenue Operations and AI Automation Own and optimize the GTM technology stack, including CRM platforms, lead enrichment, outreach sequencing, analytics, and reporting tools.

Establish reliable processes for pipeline tracking, marketing attribution, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting.

Personally design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for prospecting, research, outreach, content operations, and reporting.

Improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, conversion performance, and the scalability of commercial processes.

Research, evaluate, and implement technologies that can accelerate growth and strengthen the revenue engine.

Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration Align marketing, sales, and revenue operations with executive leadership and broader business objectives.

Establish clear reporting structures, performance reviews, and strategic planning processes.

Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate internal teams, external partners, and other resources.

Recommend hiring priorities, team structures, and operational improvements as the business grows.

Track progress against key success measures, including qualified pipeline growth, revenue contribution, owned media engagement, forecasting accuracy, and measurable results from AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, growth, revenue operations, demand generation, or related leadership roles.

Demonstrated experience leading GTM strategies for service-based businesses, such as digital media agencies, performance marketing agencies, consulting firms, or other B2B professional services organizations.

Proven accountability for revenue targets, pipeline generation, or profit-and-loss (P&L) performance.

Strong expertise in B2B demand generation, market positioning, and customer acquisition.

Hands-on experience developing or managing owned media programs, including newsletters, podcasts, thought leadership, or strategic content.

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, revenue analytics, marketing attribution, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Demonstrated practical experience personally building and implementing AI-powered automations or agents in real business environments.

Ability to present concrete examples of AI projects, including workflows, business applications, implementation details, and measurable outcomes. Basic use of AI for writing emails or generating content alone is not sufficient.

Experience leading teams, establishing scalable processes, and improving commercial operations.

Advanced professional English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Availability to work Monday through Friday during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to the United States.

Preferred: Experience in iGaming, sports betting, prediction markets, AdTech, or performance marketing.

Preferred: Background in digital media agencies or consulting businesses serving B2B clients.

Preferred: Experience with media attribution, creator-driven marketing, and performance-based acquisition strategies.

Preferred: Experience developing new market categories, building industry thought leadership, or working directly with founders, CEOs, and senior revenue executives.
