Lobby Ambassador

The Lobby Ambassador graciously acknowledges and welcomes all guests according to enterprise and Department standards, anticipating guest and visitor needs and thanking guests with genuine appreciation. The Lobby Ambassador creates unique memories, builds rapport, and maintains a professional relationship with guests while following and meeting enterprise service excellence standards.

*Pay rate $14

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing of guests by tending to the main door of the building.
  
  



• 
  To be present at the Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist visitors when requested.
  
  



• 
  Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
  
  



• 
  Assist customers with operating kiosks for faster wait times.
  
  



• 
  Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and operating guides.
  
  



• 
  Crowd control with COVID protocols of allowing 12 guests in lobby at once
  
  



• 
  Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
  
  



• 
  Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
  
  



• 
  Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
  
  



• 
  Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 
  6+ months in a customer service environment.
  
  



• 
  Must be able to stand the entirety of the shift.
  
  



• 
  Must be punctual and dependable
  
  



• 
  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  
  



• 
  Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  
  



• 
  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
