With a focus on innovation and creating memorable experiences, OTE aims to redefine what a basketball game can look and feel like for a new generation of fans.OTE Brand AmbassadorsThe Brand Ambassadors are a key component of the Events team at Overtime Elite. This position plays a pivotal role in the development of the Overtime fanbase and the growth of the league's regional brand presence through the execution of fan engagement outreach initiatives. This team also supports Overtime Select, other Overtime event activities and third party events hosted within OTE Arena as needed. The Brand Ambassador position will report to the Manager, Fan Experience and Manager, Events.What You'll Do:Work both on and off-site events (i.e. OTE fan events, non-profit events, sports tournaments, partner appearances, etc.)Scan and verify tickets at entrances while providing helpful directions and answering basic guest questions.Staff the VIP entrance by checking guest names and credentials, welcoming VIP guests, and providing a high level of hospitality and service.Assist with seating in courtside and premium areas, ensuring guests are directed to the correct seats and have a seamless experience.Support The Shop by assisting customers, answering merchandise questions, and keeping the space organized and welcoming.Responsible for fan engagement and data cultivation at on and off-site events.Support all branded and unbranded activations on game-days at OTE Arena.Responsible for installation set-up, operation, and tear down of tables, tents, signage, giveaways, and all interactive elements during on and off-site events.Responsible for all operational needs and activation of the following elements while at events representing Overtime - handout premium items, facilitate on-site promotions, connect with fans, and communicate our mission and history.Assist Fan Experience team in identifying new events for appearances.Assist in post event break down responsibilities.Assist with other responsibilities as needed.Who You Are:An energetic and enthusiastic professional who thrives in community engagement and outreach settings.Passionate about sports and motivated to contribute to a unique environment like Overtime, where innovative ideas and boundary-breaking concepts shape the fan experience.A proactive self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and advance within the sports industry while delivering exceptional service to fans.Highly organized with strong communication skills, ensuring the ability to effectively collaborate, follow through, and meet deadlines.Personable and approachable, with the confidence to actively engage fans and serve as a positive, authentic representative of the Overtime brand.Adaptable and comfortable working flexible, non-traditional hours while maintaining composure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Knowledgeable about Overtime, all Overtime leagues, and the Atlanta sports community, with a strong understanding of our fanbase and culture.Dependable under pressure, consistently bringing professionalism and energy to live events and fan interactions.As an equal opportunity employer, Overtime will provide reasonable accommodation to those individuals who are unable to be vaccinated due to medical or religious reasons.
