Phlebotomist - Part Time
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a part-time phlebotomist for a patient service center in Dearborn, Michigan. The role involves blood specimen collection, patient interactions, data entry, and administrative tasks, working 20 hours weekly with flexible scheduling between 7am-6pm.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information accurately and maintain specimen logs
- Process billing and collect patient payments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and perform clerical duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience or completed accredited training program
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision
