Registered Nurse (RN)

Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion Nurse to provide skilled infusion services throughout the Lehigh Valley area , including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Whitehall, Emmaus, Macungie, and surrounding communities.

If you have strong IV skills and are looking for a flexible per diem opportunity, this is an excellent role to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

• Administer IV infusions, injections, and specialty medications in patients' homes
• Start and maintain peripheral IVs and central lines (PICC, Port, and other vascular access devices)
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and the interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
• Recent infusion nursing experience required
• Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Home health experience preferred
